How To Purchase
Buying is easy on our site. Sign in using your user name and password. If you do not have an account please create one or sign in as a guest. Once you find an item you would like to purchase, place it in your shopping cart and continue shopping. Once you have everything in your cart you wish to purchase, go to “checkout”. Complete the order confirmation process in checkout (adding coupon information if applicable). Once checkout is completed, your item (items) will be removed immediately from the site and will not be available for other buyers to purchase. Once your order is confirmed you will receive an order in process confirmation directly from us. Remember, our items are mostly one of a kind so it pays to shop our site frequently!
Once the order is placed the order will be packed and an actual shipping cost determined. Once the shipping cost is known, we will send you a PayPal invoice for you to pay and complete your purchase. Buyers are required to pay with PayPal unless other arrangements have been made. PayPal accepts all major credit cards or payment through PayPal accounts. We expect payment within 72 hours unless other arrangements are made in advance.
After receiving your payment, we will ship your item within 48 hours. As a general rule, we will use the United States Postal Service or Fed Ex Ground (Home Delivery) for shipping. Weight, size and destination are the determining factors. Once shipped, you will receive a completed order notice form us listing your tracking number(s) and method of shipment.
Attention International Buyers: Your custom form will reflect the exact purchase price. We will not lower the actual cost on your customs document or list it as a gift. This is an illegal practice here in the United States and criminally punishable. Please do not ask and keep this in mind when making your purchases.
In case of an incorrect item or an item that does not match the description, please notify us immediately. We will rectify the problem immediately to your satisfaction. Its just that simple. We guarantee it!
