This is a great item. The beauty of it is you can hand it for examination. The gimmick remains locked until you release it right in view of the spectator.
The effect is the spectator placed an item inside the examined box. The magician is then able to tell what is in the box immediately. Simple, direct, attractive and wonderfully built.
