Description
Experience the magic of Mel Babcock’s The West Die Box, a collector’s gem crafted by the king of die boxes! This hardwood masterpiece, inspired by Bud West’s classic design, delivers a stunning “sucker trick” effect.
Effect: A box with two doors is shown to be empty. A white die is shown and placed in a hat or bag. All doors are closed. the magician says he will make the die travel from the hat to the box. the box is tipped to one side and a loud clunk is heard. Both doors are opened and the die can be seen in the box! The doors are shut and the die is to be made to return to the hat.
Only one door is opened and the audience can see a peak of the die still in the box. the door is closed and the other door is opened. This sucker by play continues until both doors are opened and the box is clearly seen to be empty inside. It is then removed form the hat!
