This is new is brand new as almost everything I have from Mel is new and is being removed form the original shipping boxes. This is the exotic wood version with exceptional inlay on the block and also has the brass hardware, magnetic doors and all of the other things you expect from Mel’s work. It’s stunning for performance or display, The size is 4.5×4.5×5.5 inches. Both the prop and the instructions are signed by Mel which is very unusual.

Description

A block is shown threaded don on two cords. the box is shown. The door (magnetic!) is opened and the block is placed inside. the door is closed. Spectator is asked to hold the box with one hand on the bottom and one on the top. Magician takes one of the rope from each side and ties a half knot. Now two other spectators each take hold of the ropes from each side. they hold tight and pull on the count of three, the two ropes penetrate the block, the box and the spectators’ hand! All is then handed for examination.
